Analytics Engineer

As an analytics engineer at Dialpad, you'll be part of the data analysis and QA team, supporting Agentic AI initiatives, specifically with ASR and NLP teams.

You'll leverage data analysis to identify and drive optimization of conversational flows and underlying data infrastructure for agentic voice and chat solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with Agentic AI teams to test and evaluate voice and chat solutions.
• Design and implement data logging and monitoring strategies.
• Utilize data analysis to identify areas for optimization.
• Build and maintain data pipelines on Vertex AI pipelines.
• Collaborate with the AI Platform team to build tooling for data science projects.
• Implement automation and processes to improve workflow.
• Create and maintain dashboards and data pipelines.
• Contribute to enforcing data privacy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience with software engineering or data engineering projects.
• 1-3 years of experience with Python, GCP, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau.
• Experience analyzing conversational AI systems and collaborating on data-driven improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Target base salary range for this position: $109,500-$138,750 CAD
