Description
As a SIBG Commercialization Leader at 3M, you will lead and manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from ideation through commercialization, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget aligned to 3M's GROW process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the NPI process
- Organizing and conducting gate reviews
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, marketing, and manufacturing
- Conducting industry analysis to identify market trends and customer needs
- Developing and implementing commercialization strategies
- Managing risks and tracking performance
- Ensuring compliance and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product development, project management, or commercialization
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
