Validation Engineer

NVIDIA is seeking a Validation Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of validation plans, test procedures, and documentation for L6, L10, and L11 products.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test coverage, prerequisites, and acceptance criteria. They will also provide technical guidance and training to internal engineers, JDM partners, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of validation plans, test procedures, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineers to define test coverage, prerequisites, and acceptance criteria
• Translate engineering requirements into clear instructions
• Work with engineering owners to verify procedures
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal engineers, JDM partners, and vendors
• Establish documentation templates and review processes
• Keep documentation aligned with product revisions and changes
• Incorporate execution feedback into procedures

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in hardware or system validation, applications engineering, or a related role
• Demonstrated experience developing validation plans, test procedures, and engineering documentation
• Strong understanding of hardware and system validation
• Ability to translate complex technical information into practical instructions
• Hands-on experience executing validation procedures and troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation dependencies

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing or executing validation plans across L6, L10, and L11 product levels
• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU platforms and accelerated computing systems
• Experience in an applications engineering role
• Experience with Linux, diagnostic tools, scripting, and test automation
• Ability to speak Mandarin
