Description
As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. You will report to the local Field Marketing Specialist and learn about Red Bull's target group. Your main goal is to drive the brand image and product understanding on your campus and in the region.
Your responsibilities will include being a brand and product ambassador, building and executing a tailored campus plan, creating a strong network on and around your campus, identifying local collegiate content creators, and growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull. You will also work at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
As a sales expert, you will build relationships with local sales account managers, ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets, and collaborate with sales to open new distribution points. You will also leverage relevant assets from the world of Red Bull to keep us top of mind in sales accounts.
In terms of executional excellence, you will deliver executional excellence and show love for the details in all areas of your role, share ideas and collaborate with your team, plan and report your activities in a timely manner, and contribute to business development by providing local insights, trends, and opportunities.
You will be immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city, connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus, and have an affinity for project management, working 'behind the scenes', and winning sales.
You will be required to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends, for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
