Procurement Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Excellence Specialist to help shape procurement practices across Red Bull's global organisation.

As a Procurement Excellence Specialist, you will turn strategic priorities into practical policies, processes, tools, and insights that teams can use daily. You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to make procurement more consistent, transparent, and effective across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Governance and Policy: Develop and implement global procurement policies, standards, and guidelines. Define decision rights, approval principles, and exception processes to support compliance and practicality.
• Process Excellence: Map and improve processes across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and purchasing. Identify gaps and opportunities to simplify ways of working and translate findings into standards, templates, and measurable improvements.
• Transformation and Change: Lead selected workstreams from planning through implementation, managing milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication. Develop playbooks, training, and communication materials to help teams understand and adopt new processes.
• Digital and Data Enablement: Translate procurement needs into requirements for systems, workflows, analytics, and reporting. Collaborate with IT, Global Data, and other partners to ensure digital solutions reflect agreed processes and are easy to use.
• Performance and Continuous Improvement: Measure process performance, policy compliance, and adoption. Work with relevant teams to embed supplier risk, sustainability, and contracting requirements into procurement processes and turn assessments and feedback into practical improvement actions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in procurement excellence, process improvement, governance, transformation, or consulting, preferably in an international organisation
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent business English; German language skills and experience with procurement systems or a relevant certification are advantageous
• Experience developing and implementing procurement policies, controls, process standards, or governance frameworks
• Strong understanding of sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and purchasing processes
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and support the adoption of new ways of working
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including process analysis, KPI development, and stakeholder facilitation
• A pragmatic, structured approach and the ability to turn complex requirements into clear, scalable solutions
