Description

We are seeking a pelvic trained physical therapist to serve two embedded clinics in OBGYN practices in Kannapolis and North Charlotte. As a Pelvic Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help them achieve their functional goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and create personalised care plans
  • Gather and interpret data from medical records, physician reports, and patients
  • Establish functional goals with patients and provide evidence-based interventions
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes
  • Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and clinical staff
  • Supervise PTAs and Rehab Tech/Aides as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Applicable state license for Physical Therapy
  • BLS certification
