Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Join NVIDIA as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HR support to Hardware teams. You will have a key role in shaping our diverse and collaborative environment and helping to attract and retain world-class talent.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders to support and implement HR strategies that align with NVIDIA's business goals.
• Implement various HR initiatives, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement programs.
• Provide outstanding support to managers and employees, ensuring flawless execution of HR processes and policies.
• Partner with the global HR team to drive inclusion and foster an empowering work environment.
• Leverage HR analytics to identify key workforce trends and align talent strategies with business goals.
• Manage employee relations issues confidentially, providing mentorship and solutions that adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a high-tech or global organization.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
• Proactive approach with practical experience using AI tools to enhance HR practices.
• Strong analytical skills with a critical approach to data.
• Proficient in English and Hebrew.
