Description
The Treasury Analyst joins a dedicated team who support critical responsibilities ensuring global financial settlement and reconciliations between Visa Inc., its clients and partner Networks. The primary responsibilities for this position are to perform assigned daily Visa and Debit Processing Services Settlement funds transfer payment instruction setups, provide prompt investigation, detailed issues analysis and appropriate resolutions and/or escalations.
The Analyst will be required to complete assigned functions periodically at home to ensure business resumption capability. This position allows daily functions to be mastered as well as the opportunity to periodically perform other functions of the team over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support complex set-up of new and modified funds transfer arrangements within agreed service levels, ensuring accuracy, with the ability to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and prioritize own work.
- Perform Settlement Funds Transfer execution functions as needed with accuracy, timeliness, and appropriate escalation.
- Prepare and maintain tracking logs of issues and/or other daily-related work, identifying and assigning action items.
- Manage report requirements, generation, and delivery in support of assigned functions.
- Perform data research and analysis to discover trends, uncover issues, support hypothesis, provide management information and make recommendations.
- Demonstrate capability to think globally/strategically, turn information into insights, and drive results.
- Collaborate for continuous development of self and team in understanding intricate technical details of payment systems business, transaction data, routing, reconciliation, and settlement funds transfers.
- Prepare Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point, to manage issues and/or perform analysis, document issues and recommendations.
- Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to streamline existing operational processes and achieve results of enhanced productivity and increased efficiencies.
This role is a Hybrid position to be located in our Foster City, CA office location. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
The estimated salary range for this position is $104,900.00 to $163,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
