Description
We are Red Bull Bragantino, a football team with a winning mentality, seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our operations in Atibaia, Brazil.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support our chefs, bakers, pastry chefs, and kitchen staff in preparing food and beverages, following ANVISA regulations and internal procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food and beverage preparation
- Prepare snacks
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas
- Count inventory
- Ensure quality control
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a kitchen assistant
- Knowledge of meat, fish, and vegetable cuts
- Understanding of food preparation, pastry, and bakery techniques
- Time management, adaptability, conflict resolution, teamwork, critical thinking, and good communication skills
- Completed primary education
