Full-time Lawyer - Employment Law

As a Full-time Lawyer - Employment Law, you will be the central contact person for employment law, social law, and works constitution law issues. You will advise HR and management along the entire employee life cycle and support strategic projects and cooperation with employee representatives.

This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Advising internal customers on employment law and works constitution law issues; point of contact for HR, employees, management, and works council
• Providing legal support for personnel processes, such as recruitment, transfers, personnel development, absence management, etc.
• Preparing, advising, and supporting employment law proceedings, including disciplinary measures and accompanying labour court proceedings
• Advising on employment law compliance topics and statutory requirements
• Participating in the design and negotiation of works agreements
• Providing legal support for organisational and transformation projects
• Conducting employment law training for HR and management
• Working on cross-functional HR projects

Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer with a successfully completed law degree
• Several years of professional experience in employment law
• Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law
• Interest in human resources issues and HR processes
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Initiative and confident appearance when dealing with different stakeholders
• Fluent German and English language skills
