Director of Creator Acquisition

We are seeking a Director of Creator Acquisition to lead the continued growth of high-performing creators on our platform, ShopYourLikes. As a market-facing builder, you will identify, engage, and recruit performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a pipeline of high-value creators
• Develop compelling offers to win their business
• Position ShopYourLikes as the platform that helps creators maximize their earnings
• Directly recruit creators and build relationships across the industry
• Develop the strategy, infrastructure, and team needed to scale a high-performing creator acquisition engine

Requirements:

• 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
• Proven sales and business development instincts
• Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators
• Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models
• Deep understanding of the creator landscape
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline
• Strong relationship-building skills with both creators and internal leadership

OTE Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000 USD
