Description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer based out of our San Francisco office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will assist with device lifecycle management, provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our San Francisco office, ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably, handle inbound support requests, run IT onboarding calls for new joiners, contribute to Tech Ops initiatives, build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work, and write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides.
