Kierownik / Kierowniczka Laboratorium Kontroli Jakości

We are seeking a Kierownik / Kierowniczka Laboratorium Kontroli Jakości to join our team in Gliwice, Poland.

As a Kierownik / Kierowniczka Laboratorium Kontroli Jakości, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of quality control workers in a chemical laboratory
• Performing laboratory analyses of lubricants and quality control
• Evaluating and interpreting test results
• Actively participating in international expert groups
• Collaborating with the Production Department on technological solutions
• Maintaining documentation and actively participating in quality audits
• Using laboratory equipment and applying chemical reagents
• Preparing and presenting substantive presentations to clients

Requirements:

• Higher education in chemistry
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a chemical laboratory
• Experience in team management
• Problem-solving and risk management skills
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, IATF)
• Good command of English, allowing for free communication (also in technical matters)
• Communication skills, ability to work in a team, and high personal culture
• Independence in action, commitment, and reliability in performing assigned tasks
• Familiarity with main tools of the management system, such as Processes, Control Plan, APQP, FMEA, MSA, 8D, CSR
