Technology FinOps Manager

The Technology FinOps Manager role spearheads annual budget planning exercises and conducts strong collaboration with various business stakeholders at local and regional levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Technology's budget (Opex, Capex) and ensure budget utilisation is under control.
• Establish best practices and implement guidelines to uplift financial/budget maturity within Technology.
• Lead IT Contract Workforce Sourcing Strategy and develop a multi-year sourcing strategy for IT contract and contingent workforce requirements.
• Practice effective stakeholder, vendor, and contract management, including timely payments of invoices.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.

• Invoices, Contract Management, Stakeholder Management, Reimbursements, Petty Cash Custodian, Status Reporting/Dashboarding, Contract Management, Financial Analysis, Compliance, Team Leader, Budget Management.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, and Management or other similar degrees.
• Knowledge of company disbursement policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with Legal and Compliance Documentation Requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Productivity Software.
• Experience in contract management, IT vendor operations, and sourcing strategy.
• Experience in workforce and vendor management, managing IT project budgets, and resource planning/accounting/budget and reporting.
