Talent Program Manager

Palantir is seeking a Talent Program Manager to join a cross-functional team responsible for executing people initiatives that support employees, work, and values.

The successful candidate will work on projects spanning People Experience operational responsibilities, internal events, new hire onboarding, and logistics support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating new hire onboarding in-person in the London office every other week
• Owning operational workflows across the People Experience team
• Working directly with external stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate event logistics, contracts, and payments
• Leveraging new product and artificial intelligence to scale the team's operational reach

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• A creative approach to project management
• Strong attention to detail
