As a Junior Logistics Team Leader at Coolblue, you will be responsible for managing a motivated team of delivery drivers, with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction with their orders.
Your main tasks will include:
- Motivating and guiding delivery personnel to achieve their best performance
- Helping team members improve and learn, including guiding them towards new roles in a growth trajectory
- Ensuring smooth operational processes to maximise customer satisfaction
- Achieving targets with your team
- Analysing data to identify areas for improvement and translating insights into concrete actions
- Collaborating with the team to continuously enhance processes

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A technical secondary education diploma, preferably in logistics, or equivalent experience
- Previous management experience is an asset
- Fluency in French and proficiency in Dutch or English
- Strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Initiative-taking and independent work style
- Ability to switch between tasks quickly and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Experience with key performance indicators and data analysis
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends
