Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Castlepoint Shopping Centre in Bournemouth. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out various cleaning duties and supporting the trolley collection team when required.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out various cleaning duties and support the trolley collection team when required
• Wear laundered company uniform to maintain Castlepoint Shopping Park's reputation for professionalism and quality
• Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with ABM's standards and policies
• Comply with Castlepoint and ABM's Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to the public in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist colleagues and work in a proactive manner
• Undertake ad hoc duties as directed or operationally required

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer care skills
• Smart clean appearance, well-groomed at all times
• Commitment to high standards and quality
• Full UK driving licence
