- Build high performance services/products on top of our real-time sports data collected 24/7 globally for more than 30 different sports.

About you:
- You have 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong Java expertise.
- You can design and deliver distributed systems in production, and you understand what it takes to keep them running.
- You take ownership of complex initiatives independently - from architecture decisions to post-incident reviews.
- You mentor others naturally and perform technical reviews that are direct, constructive, and useful.
- You have a deep understanding of testing strategy, CI/CD, and what engineering excellence looks like in practice.
- You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and know how to land a difficult message.
- Experience with AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, and microservices at scale is a strong advantage.
