Sales Analyst Intern (Walmart)

As a Sales Analyst Intern at Bayer Consumer Health, you will work on developing national and brand category plans and strategies for Walmart. Your tasks will include analysing sales data, creating recommendations, and communicating results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop category plans and strategies
• Pull and analyse syndicated and customer POS data
• Develop recommendations based on data analysis
• Enhance and improve business results
• Communicate results and ideas in written and verbal formats
• Interact with Bayer colleagues in various departments
• Develop negotiation tactics
• Present project results and learnings to Bayer management upon internship completion

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business or an MBA program, graduating between December and June
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised with attention to detail
• Results-oriented with project management skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Committed to 12 weeks, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
• Available from May 2026 to August 2026
• Eligible to work in the US
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Able to provide own transportation to work
• Ability to travel for meetings or training
• Experience in leadership, analytics, collaboration, communication, project management, and self-direction
