Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
You'll work early mornings, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 05:00-09:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store.
