Senior Swiss Tax Analyst/ Tax Manager

Logitech is seeking a Senior Swiss Tax Analyst/Tax Manager to join their global tax team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Swiss tax compliance, tax planning, and tax-related project management. They will also manage the income tax provision process for Swiss legal entities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Swiss income direct tax, capital tax, and withholding tax compliance
• Prepare income tax provision calculations in accordance with ASC 740 and provide input for tax disclosures in the statutory financial statements
• Support strategic tax planning and identify and mitigate direct tax exposure in Switzerland
• Lead tax-related projects and collaborate with finance teams and other departments
• Advise on audits and inspections and provide recommendations for resolution of controversies
• Assist in due diligence and tax planning related to mergers and acquisitions
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
• Ensure timely completion of various tax filings in Switzerland
• Manage income tax and other tax payments for Swiss legal entities
• Work with internal business partners and external consultants
• Track changes to tax laws and recommend and implement projects to respond to new laws and business initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years corporate tax experience
• Experience as an in-house tax manager in a regional tax department of a multinational group
• Solid understanding of Swiss income tax, capital tax, and withholding tax
• Experience with quarterly income tax accounting and reporting
• BA/BS in Business/Accounting or equivalent; Master's Degree in Taxation preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Oracle, OneStream, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
