Description
Samsara is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to work with top customers in the US Public Sector. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and advise on how to customize Samsara's IoT platform to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with Samsara's IoT platform
- Develop joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, timelines, and removing barriers to achieving business value
- Conduct executive business reviews with customers and Samsara's executive leadership
- Conduct workshops with customers to understand their current operations and recommend workflow changes
- Deeply understand Samsara's platform capabilities and explain them to various businesses
- Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams
- Champion Samsara's cultural principles
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
- Experience supporting technical products
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Passion for going above and beyond, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
Compensation:
- Annual OTE Salary: $111,562.50 - $150,000 USD
