Description
WSP is seeking a Senior Lead Electrical Engineering Manager to work with the Power Federal Programs Team. This role involves coordinating, reviewing, and approving electrical design plans, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, review, and approve electrical design plans
- Deliver design projects in various frameworks
- Apply high-level electrical engineering techniques
- Plan and incorporate future-ready techniques
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers
- Prepare technical reports and presentations
- Manage client relationships and provide key technical input
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 15+ years of relevant experience as an electrical engineer
- Professional Engineering license
- US citizenship
- 3+ years of experience in Alternative Delivery projects
- Extensive knowledge of electrical design, particularly in the DOD industry
- Proficient with electrical engineering principles, practices, and software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing small to mega-size projects
- Experience executing design build projects
- DBIA Certification
- Experience managing direct reports within the electrical engineering discipline

Compensation: $168,900 - $232,000
