Description
We are seeking a Digital Presales Solution Architect with Italian or Spanish language skills to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
As a Digital Presales Solution Architect, you will play a key role in providing solution pricing and support to sales teams across EMEA and LAC regions. You will work closely with pursuit teams to understand customer requirements and develop pricing quotes and Scope of Work documents for in-pursuit deals.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to sales teams for opportunity solution pricing
- Handle end-to-end pricing solutions for the Solutions Center team
- Collaborate with sales and pursuit teams to understand customer requirements and develop pricing quotes and SoW documents
- Contribute to the design of specific deliverables and assist in the development of technical solutions
- Ensure that incoming deals meet acceptance guidelines
- Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications for the assigned portfolio
- Work independently on assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Technical degree (Computer Science, IT Engineering, etc.)
- Experience in a similar field is an advantage
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Fluent in either Spanish or Italian as a second language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
We offer a hybrid work arrangement with an average of 2 days per week spent working from an HPE office.
