We are seeking a part-time salesperson to join our team at the Coolblue store in Essen. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, solving problems, and offering tailored solutions to meet customers' needs.
Your main tasks will include:
- Providing advice and guidance to customers, listening attentively to their needs and preferences
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Offering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Representing Coolblue and showcasing the company's values and culture
