Description
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at Atrium Health Cleveland. As a licensed Physical Therapist, you will provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy services.
Job Summary: Evaluates patients, selects and administers assessment techniques, and establishes patient care plans. Gathers and interprets data from medical records, physician reports, and patients/families. Establishes functional goals and provides evidence-based interventions. Documents evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes. Communicates with physicians, referral sources, and clinical staff.
Responsibilities:

- Communicate with physicians and clinical staff
- Provide coverage at other departments as needed
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Tech/Aides as required
Physical Requirements: Hearing and vision adequate for communication and reading. Intelligible speech and cognitive skills required. Sitting, standing, and walking required. Lifting of patients, equipment, or supplies up to 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Applicable state license for Physical Therapy required. One year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support certification required.
