After Sales Operation Specialist (f/m/d)

The After Sales Operation Specialist ensures operational excellence through performance monitoring, technical and process support.

By combining analytical, operational and technical competencies, the position contributes directly to dealer network performance, customer satisfaction and the achievement of After Sales objectives across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Support importer and dealer performance by resolving operational and process-related After Sales issues while ensuring adherence to Porsche AG standards and escalation procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement of After Sales operations and customer satisfaction through data-driven analysis, process optimization and support of development initiatives across the PCEE region.
• Monitor and analyze After Sales activities by evaluating regional, importer and dealer performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve market results.
• Manage and optimize After Sales reporting and systems, including data quality assurance, automation and the continuous development of tools.
• Ensure implementation of AS professionalization by steering implementation of After Sales programs and process performance measures.
• Act as the interface between PCEE, Porsche AG, importers and dealer partners, facilitating effective communication, knowledge transfer and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Technology, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field.
• Professional experience in automotive After Sales, dealer network operations, importer operation with a good understanding of workshop, parts and customer service processes.
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for data-driven decision making, including experience with AI tools, KPI management and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across international and multicultural environments.
• Proactive, self-motivated and organized personality with strong problem-solving capabilities, a collaborative mindset, fluent English skills and willingness to travel within the PCEE region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools; knowledge of Porsche After Sales systems is an advantage.
