Tools Project Manager

Join EA SPORTS FC Mobile Shanghai as a Tools Project Manager. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of tools supporting live operations and feature development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of tools for live operations and feature development
• Define and prioritize product backlogs for tools such as live ops automation systems and content configuration pipelines
• Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure high-quality tool delivery
• Collaborate with internal customers and tools development teams
• Conduct regular reviews and feedback loops with partners
• Work with engineers to ensure technical feasibility of tool implementations
• Identify opportunities to optimize development pipelines and operational workflows through tooling

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the game industry
• 3+ years of experience working directly on game tools development
• Technical background with familiarity in tools architecture, backend systems, and live operations workflows
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Experience with project management tools, version control systems, live ops content delivery workflows, and game engines
