We are seeking a Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking) team member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal team member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional shopping experience.
Job Summary: As a Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking) team member, you will be responsible for stocking and setting products on the sales floor, as well as providing excellent guest service. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be part of a team that is focused on delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Stock and set products on the sales floor
- Provide excellent guest service
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Physical Demands:
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
