Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 16:00 to 20:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
