Assistant General Manager - PA3

As Assistant General Manager, Fulfillment Center Operations, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, including inbound receiving, outbound accuracy, inventory accuracy, equipment maintenance, and sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing thousands of daily decisions while keeping a team of 40+ people aligned
• Owning the P&L, driving KPIs, and building supervisory leadership
• Setting expectations and holding the team accountable
• Tracking labor cost, throughput, error rates, and understanding what levers to pull when they're off
• Hiring supervisors, developing frontline leads, and building a team that doesn't need you to solve every problem
• Working with customer service, sales, and other facility leaders to prevent downstream problems

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years in fulfillment, distribution, or supply chain operations, including leading teams of 40 or more
• Experience managing a facility budget and hitting operational KPIs
• Comfort with WMS and enterprise tools (Excel, project management software, process documentation)
• A track record of building supervisory layers
• Strong communication skills to present to executives and work on the warehouse floor
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
