Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Product to manage product strategy and end-to-end roadmap for a trusted, high-velocity creator and player experience across priority regions.

The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of Product & GTM and lead a product organisation, partnering with platform engineering and key product teams to translate global user needs into product requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting product strategy and defining measurements for activation, retention, creation rate, and safety health
  • Leading localization and culturalization across UX, content policy, events, templates, and communications
  • Adapting creator workflows for regional platforms/devices
  • Improving player experience across feeds, discovery, recommendations, profiles, and community features
  • Partnering on economy surfaces with monetization leadership to align pricing, subscriptions, and marketplace design
  • Ensuring regulatory and store compliance across major markets
  • Overseeing experimentation and insights, establishing instrumentation, and running A/B and causal tests
  • Scaling platform readiness, reliability, and risk management
  • Building the product organisation with clear operating schedules, quality bars, and cross-border collaboration practices
  • Representing the product externally with partners, creators, and ecosystem developers

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in consumer product management for UGC/games/social/media platforms
  • 5+ years leading multi-product or platform teams
  • Track record shipping global consumer experiences at scale
  • Expertise adapting products for multiple regions
  • Depth in creator ecosystems, tooling, publishing, discovery/ranking, social systems, and marketplace/economy surfaces
  • Command of experimentation and analytics
  • Working knowledge of regional regulatory/compliance and app store requirements
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Mandarin and English language proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering, HCI, Economics, or related
