Demand & Supply Planner

We are seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Munich, Germany. As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain planning process, ensuring timely delivery of products, and optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the SKU portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory planning
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop demand plans and forecasts
• Translate demand plans into supply plans, ensuring optimal inventory levels and logistics
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and production teams
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize processes
• Ensure compliance with company goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Fluent German and good English language skills
• Completed business administration studies with a focus on supply chain/logistics
• Proven experience in supply chain organization, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP IBP
