Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in San Antonio, Texas.

As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding access to transformative care, leading innovative therapy practices, and pursuing clear pathways for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Requirements:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

• Base Salary: $78,000–$98,000 / year
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses
• Sign-On Bonus available in select locations
