We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team. As part of this role, you will work closely with our engineering teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that drive performance and efficiency improvements across our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Design, develop, and test new concepts and technologies
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to bring new ideas to life
- Analyze data and results to inform decision-making and optimize performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software engineering principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
