Description
We are seeking a Life Sciences intern to join our SOAR (Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulations) team in Paris from July to December 2027.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our healthcare lawyers to assist clients with regulatory and commercial issues related to the healthcare sector.
Our Life Sciences team represents major French and international healthcare companies on various regulatory matters, including clinical trials, marketing, manufacturing, and distribution of medicinal products, medical devices, and cosmetics.
Your main tasks will include:
- Preparing daily monitoring to stay up-to-date on current events;
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis;
- Drafting consultations, notes, and contracts;
- Assisting colleagues and partners in preparing cases and following up with clients;
- Participating in conference calls and meetings.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Law and/or Health Law, possibly complemented by a business school education (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP), Sciences-Po Paris or LLM;
- Very good level of English, both written and spoken;
- Interest in the healthcare sector and/or previous experience in this field.
