Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer primarily focused on Java to join our Product Development team in Prague.
The core of our platform is a well-architected PHP modular monolith deployed on Kubernetes. Integrations with external systems, label provisioning, retailer compliance are handled by a set of Java services.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new services that integrate into the existing warehouse processes
- Handle data transfer and distributed state across merchant ERP systems and the ShipMonk platform safely and consistently
- Understand how data influences warehouse processes and make architectural decisions accordingly
Requirements:
- Strong Java skills, experience with Spring ecosystem, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based infrastructure
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and testing methodologies
