Sales Team Lead

About the Role Lead and manage the Sales Teams to develop and execute strategies and build relationships with agency to meet and exceed sales targets. This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society.

Responsibilities:

Agency Activities Management

• Help formulate sales strategies and execute plans to foster new business activities and secure in-force business
• Communicate and build relationships with agencies to support and promote CS business
• Provide effective agency promotions to increase awareness within the agency channel
• Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development
• Stay up-to-date with market developments and launch effective training programs for agencies
• Assist the training team in developing new training courses and sales tools for agencies
• Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers

Financial Management

• Monitor sales performances to ensure strategic targets are met
• Control the S&P budget to prevent overspending

People Management

• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team
• Share market updates and best practices with the team

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 12 years of sales experience, including 6 years in supervisory/managerial positions
• Good product knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Tactful interpersonal relationships
• Good presentation and team-building skills
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented

Others:

• Preferred to have a license from the Insurance Authority (IA) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA)
