The Salesforce/nCino Engineer will create well-structured technical designs for assigned user stories/tasks, considering existing implementations and customer perspectives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse user stories, understand requirements, and raise concerns about technical and functional gaps
- Provide accurate estimates for user stories
- Create well-structured technical designs for assigned user stories/tasks
- Develop test classes with optimum code coverage
- Develop high-quality, simple, maintainable, optimized, and extensible Salesforce platform-based solutions
- Perform unit testing and resolve identified bugs efficiently
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
- Create documentation and help teammates as needed
- Be flexible to extend working hours in critical phases
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Well-versed in nCino and Commercial Lending domain
- Proficient in Lightning Framework, Lightning App Builder, Apex Classes, Aura Components, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, and JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce Platform Events, CDC, REST, and SOAP-based API integrations
- Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub, Salesforce Reports, and Dashboards
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Experience developing with VSCode
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Ability to assess problems that can be addressed using standard nCino features
- Experience designing and creating CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Apex Enterprise Patterns and Apex Design Patterns
