Join the M&S Café team in Newtownbreda as a Christmas Customer Assistant, working in a fast-paced environment to deliver five-star service.
Your role involves providing excellent customer service, making food and drink recommendations, and ensuring the café operates smoothly during busy periods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing warm, five-star service to customers
- Making great food and drink recommendations
- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards
- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs and operational requirements
The working pattern for this role is:
- Monday: 18:00-22:00
- Thursday: 18:00-22:00
- Saturday: 20:00-00:00
Please note that due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
This role is part-time, and you must be at least 18 years old to apply.
