The President of Revenue Office partners with leaders across the company to drive the execution of the highest-priority Go-to-Market initiatives.
We bring together teams, remove roadblocks, improve alignment, and help turn executive priorities into measurable outcomes.
We're looking for a business operator who enjoys solving complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and working across functions to get things done.
This role will serve as a thought partner to the Chief of Staff, helping coordinate and execute strategic initiatives that span Product, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to execute cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Develop project plans and milestones.
- Coordinate work across multiple organizations.
- Track dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
- Prepare executive updates and status reviews.
- Drive follow-up to ensure commitments are completed.
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic GTM programs, including initiatives such as:
+ Sales Kickoff (SKO) + GTM OKRs + GTM Communications + Leadership workshops + Other executive-sponsored initiatives as business priorities evolve
- Bring together teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to move initiatives forward.
- Support executive planning and decision-making by consolidating updates from multiple organizations, preparing executive-ready presentations and status reports, and developing dashboards and tracking progress against key initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Business Operations, Consulting, Program Management, or a related field.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting senior leaders.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
Nice to Have
- Enterprise SaaS experience.
- Experience supporting Sales or Go-to-Market organizations.
- Familiarity with strategic planning and executive operating rhythms.
- Experience using AI and automation to improve productivity.
