Contractor Special Security Officer

Anduril Industries is seeking a Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) to join their growing team in Washington, DC.

The CSSO will be responsible for the management, direction, administration, and development of security programs and procedures for assigned programs with contractually imposed security requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and directing security programs and procedures
• Interfacing with government agencies regarding assigned program security matters and requirements
• Ensuring the security of classified information for Anduril's most sensitive programs and contracts
• Performing all aspects of Customer Personnel Security Program requirements
• Providing day-to-day support for badging, access control, and visitor control
• Supporting program managers and personnel with classification guidance and other program-related requirements
• Investigating security incidents and preparing required reports
• Building and maintaining relationships with government security counterparts

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and work experience
• At least four years of experience working with special programs in an ACSSO or CSSO role
• A DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and current investigation
• Knowledge of government policies applicable to Special Access Program (SAP) security
