We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to build and scale the Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and G&A departments in Guatemala. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategies & partner with company leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Own end to end hiring from sourcing to offer across a variety of business organizations
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Map talent and identify companies that have the best talent and are working with in US market
- Sourcing, screen and identify top talent
- Track and analyze trends and metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
- Help identify and recommend scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of end to end recruiting experience preferably recruiting for tech companies, selling into the US market
- Fluent in conversational and written English
- Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing skills
- Thinks like an owner. Takes ownership and initiative
- Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results
