Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist I to join our Outpatient Pediatrics team in the Greater Charlotte Market. As a float therapist, you will work across multiple clinics, including Huntersville, Davidson, and University Pediatric clinics.
The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient pediatric physical therapy and be able to evaluate patients, develop care plans, and provide evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating patients and creating personalised care plans
- Conducting assessments and documenting patient progress
- Collaborating with physicians, referral sources, and other clinical staff
- Supervising PTAs and Rehab Tech/Aides as required
- Providing patient and family education

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of North Carolina, and Basic Life Support certification.
