Musketeer

The Musketeer represents Red Bull in their area, gaining customers' confidence, securing the availability and visibility of Red Bull at point of sale (POS), and driving continuous volume growth.

Responsibilities:

• Live and breathe the Red Bull On Premise culture, creating 'kindred spirits'
• Develop strong relationships with key consumers and influencers through innovative activations
• Ensure availability and premium execution of Red Bull products around events
• Grow and protect On Premise accounts in the region, analyzing territory and account-specific business to find opportunities
• Drive cooperation with local distributors' sales forces to achieve adequate numeric distribution
• Perform staff education and energizers to ensure brand understanding and perfect serve
• Optimize On Premise tools, negotiate commercial partnerships, and manage local budgets
• Conduct market research, observing competitor activities and identifying new opportunities

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
• 1+ year of experience in a sales position with a strong track record of success
• Good communication and negotiation skills, basic understanding of commercial math
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and basic knowledge of written and spoken English
• Solution-oriented and 'do-it-now' attitude, strong personality, presence, and work ethic
