Warehouse Lead

ShipMonk is seeking a Warehouse Lead to assist supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for helping run department operations and leading the department when supervisors and managers are away.

Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates
• Help run department operations and lead department when supervisor and manager are away
• Utilize technology and possess strong attention to detail
• Manage inventory and perform cycle counting
• Solve problems and make decisions

Requirements:

• 1+ year of leadership experience
• 1+ year of warehousing experience
• Ability to stand for most of the day
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Detailed-oriented and problem-solver
