Experienced Laminators- Twilight Shift

Crosby Composites, a leading carbon fibre manufacturer, is seeking experienced laminators to join their team at their Brackley site.

The company, established in 1982, works predominantly in high-end, luxury automotive and Formula 1, with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 accreditations.

As a laminator, you will be responsible for:

• Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products
• Checking information on drawings is clear
• Checking route card instructions are correct
• Helping develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Keeping all equipment maintained
• Ensuring the department is kept clean and tidy

The ideal candidate will have:

• Attention to detail
• Motorsport/Automotive experience
• Familiarity with pre-preg autoclave processes
• Good understanding of engineering drawings

The role offers competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.

Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
