Premier Relationship Director, Leboh Downing

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team as a Premier Relationship Director. You will manage the HSBC relationship with our highest value clients, acquiring, developing, and retaining relationships with Top Tier Premier clients.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of Top Tier Premier clients with investible assets over RM3 million
• Build trusting relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and provide tailored financial advice
• Review the Top Tier portfolio regularly to identify opportunities for growth and deliver client-centric solutions
• Increase client loyalty through effective collaboration with internal business partners
• Adhere to local and global compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of progressive financial services experience, with at least 3 years as a Relationship Manager
• Proven track record of strong client recommendation and sales results in wealth products
• Expert knowledge in financial planning, wealth products, and external regulatory frameworks
• Strong client focus, communication, and sales skills
• Valid licenses and accreditations in wealth management as required by local regulations
