Clinic Supervisor

We are seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations from administration to manpower arrangement
• Support clinic operations, including blood-taking, dispensing, ECG, treadmill, etc.
• Work on procurement and maintain good level of clinic equipment and medical consumable goods
• Provide guidance, training and support for all clinic staff within the clinic
• Supervise and ensure all clinic staff are clinically competent to deliver clinical duties and monitor their performance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documents
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of solid In-Charge experience in out-patient clinics
• Experience in check-up services is a plus
• License of health care assistant is a must
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Fluent in Cantonese with good English skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Must be able to do blood taking, ECG and report abnormal vital signs
• Valid BLS certificate
