Night Cleaning Operative

We are seeking experienced cleaning operatives with great attention to detail to join our team at ABM UK. As a Night Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties as directed by the Cleaning Manager and Supervisor.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Office cleaning and workstation cleaning, including IT equipment
• Hard floor cleaning using buffing machines and scrubber dryers (training provided)
• Vacuuming, dusting, and waste removal
• Cleaning kitchens, vending areas, washrooms, toilets, pantries, and machine carpet cleaning
• Touch point cleaning and cleaning crockery

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Smart clean appearance
• Ability to work as part of a team and alone
• Proactive and can-do attitude to work
• Punctual, trustworthy, and good eye for detail
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a background verification and undergo security checks, including criminal/credit checks prior to start date

Shift Pattern:

• Sunday to Thursday, 10pm - 7am (including a 1-hour unpaid break)
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate:

• £14.80 per hour
